This is the third and final installment of the Wet n Wild Mega Last Lip Colours! This time it's "the Darks", very appropriate for the cooler weather. As a recap, I've split the 18 lippies into 3 vague groupings - (1) the Neutrals (2) the Brights (3) the Darks.
I've said this before and I'll say this again. The good: super pigmented, semi-matte, long wearing (~6+ hours), very reasonably priced (~$3). The bad: slightly drying and these darker shades (especially the last two) are particularly staining (but all is forgiven because they're bad ass lipsticks).
915B Spiked with Rum, 908C Sugar Plum Fairy, 911D Stoplight Red, 917B Cinnamon Spice, 918D Cherry Bomb, 919B Vamp It Up
915B Spiked with Rum
Brown mauve (aka not really that "dark" but Kylie Jenner lipstick?)
908C Sugar Plum Fairy
Purple plum
911D Stoplight Red
Classic red
917B Cinnamon Spice
Brown red (surprisingly neutral-looking)
918D Cherry Bomb
Blackened red (aka BAMF lipstick)
919B Vamp It Up
Blackened purple (aka even more of a BAMF lipstick)
If you're looking to step outside of your lipstick comfort zone and into some fall-appropriate lip colours, then pick up one of these. Some are more daring than others (Cherry Bomb and Vamp It Up) but you can start with something more wearable like Spiked with Rum.
Do you wear darker lipsticks in colder weather?
